Who we are
iRepair is a family owned and operated heating, cooling and plumbing contractor working out of Sandy, Utah. We treat each job with the utmost importance, and we treat the people who call us as family — which mostly means being straight with you about what is wrong, what it costs, and whether it needs doing at all.
Our technicians are certified and experienced, and we are a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer. We service all makes and models, not just the equipment we sell.
What makes us different
Two things, honestly. The first is that we hold licences for both HVAC and plumbing. Most heating and air companies hand you a plumber's phone number the moment a job crosses the line — and that line runs straight through water heaters, humidifiers, hydronic heat and condensate drains. Holding both means we finish the job instead of handing off half of it.
The second is the same-day commitment. It is easy to put on a website and hard to actually run a business around, because it means keeping slack in the schedule that a more efficient company would sell. We keep it because a furnace that dies in a Utah January is not a next-Tuesday problem.

The Wasatch Front — Ogden down to Provo, Tooele across to Park City. We are at 9160 S 300 W, Suite 28, Sandy, UT 84070. If you are not certain you are in range, call and ask; the answer is usually yes.

Four things we will not compromise on
We treat customers as family
That is the phrase the company has always used, and it is not decoration. A family business does not get to hide behind a call centre — if we do a bad job, you know exactly whose name is on it.
Same day, or a straight answer
We come out the same day you call. On the rare day the schedule genuinely will not stretch, you get told that on the phone rather than after waiting in all afternoon.
Quoted before we start
We diagnose, we show you what we found, and we price the fix. You approve a number. Nobody should discover the cost of a repair on the invoice.
Licensed for both trades
Utah License #8050405-5501, covering HVAC and plumbing. That is unusual, and it is why we can take a whole job rather than half of one.

Great customer service. Luke is the man! He took the time to talk with me on his birthday and then had my central air up and running the next day.
We had our old furnace making a loud noise, apparently the motor had gone bad so we ended up having iRepair install a new furnace and AC with a new system that is much more efficient.
Eusebio came out within a couple hours, found that we had a couple filters that needed replaced and our cool had frozen over.
