The size matters more than the brand
The single most common problem we find in a replacement is a system that was sized by copying whatever was already there. An oversized furnace heats fast, shuts off, and cycles all winter — noisy, uneven, and hard on the equipment. We size to the actual home: square footage, insulation, window area, ductwork and layout.
What Factory Authorized actually means
Bryant does not hand that designation out for stocking their boxes. It requires factory training and certification, and it carries a satisfaction guarantee backed by the manufacturer rather than only by us. It also means we hold Bryant parts, so a warranty repair is not a two-week wait on a shipment.
Your options, in plain terms
Traditional split systems, packaged systems, HYBRID HEAT dual-fuel setups that switch between gas and electric on whichever is cheaper that day, and geothermal. Most Wasatch Front homes are best served by a well-sized split system — but we will walk you through the real trade-offs rather than steering you to the largest invoice.
